Cracker Barrel's homestyle goodness and IHOP's breakfast bonanza are just a hop, skip, and jump away—perfect for the early risers! The staff? Absolute gems, especially Danyka! The room was clean, spacious, and a real chill spot after a day exploring Charleston.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy corner with a sofa that made it perfect for relaxing. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including local dishes that were a delightful surprise. Staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The only downside was limited parking space during peak hours.

The air conditioning unit blasted cold air right in your face instead of cooling down the room effectively, leaving me with a nasty cold. Dinner options were a letdown. the 'full menu' sign felt misleading when choices were scarce, and breakfast fruit was unfortunately frozen. Additionally, the elevator took its sweet time opening, which tested my patience more than once. The lack of microwave in the room was a minor inconvenience when we brought snacks that would have benefitted from a quick heat-up.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially given the clean king bed suite, where we found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. The staff were efficient in offering local dining suggestions, and breakfast was notably good, with fresh options that were a step above typical hotel fare. We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby attractions, including Northwoods Mall just a short drive away, which made it convenient during our visit. the experience was enjoyable and made the start of our cruise trip hassle-free.

Spacious common areas, strategic highway access, pet-friendly policy

The bathrooms need significant attention!!! !!! The odorous chemicals in the common areas are distracting!!! A quicker elevator service would also enhance the experience!!!
